WHAT IS A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT?
A Franchise Agreement is an agreement in which a Franchisor grants to a Franchisee the right to market goods and services for an agreed period, using the Franchisor's trade mark and business system.
WHAT IS PROVIDED TO A FRANCHISEE?
The purchase of an Ecomist Franchise will give a Franchise Owner:-
- The right to market the Ecomist product range for a specified term within an exclusive territory
- Initial training on the Ecomist franchise system
