The warranty offered on your Ecomist Dispenser is for 1 year from the date of purchase and covers free repair or replacement of the dispenser due to any defects in materials, or workmanship. Deliberate misuse, improper installation, breakage, normal wear and tear, repairs carried out by unauthorised persons, or use of non-genuine Ecomist parts and/or Ecomist refill cans will void the warranty.
This warranty does not affect your rights under statutory law. Ecomist (Ecomist Systems – a division of Damar Industries Ltd NZ) will not be held liable for any consequential loss or damage resulting from use of the dispenser or aerosol cans and our liability shall not exceed the cost of the replacement dispenser. Our liability for failing to perform or adequately meet the warranty does not include, aerosol cans, dispenser performance, or battery life.
If your Ecomist Dispenser develops a fault please contact your local distributor, as soon as you become aware.
Precautions: Keep out of reach of children. Do not spray directly on humans, pets, exposed food, food preparation areas or food utensils. Contents may damage paint, plastic and other applied finishes. Ensure adequate ventilation and airflow as excessive inhalation or exposure may cause respiratory and/or skin irritation. If this occurs, discontinue use and seek medical advice. Ecomist sprays are toxic to aquatic organisms and terrestrial invertibrates (insects and spiders). Do not use near aquariums. Flammable material. Do not store or use near naked flames of other heat sources.
